At HERplace, we believe that community is built by women who lift each other up — and our Fallon Nichole Hills – Grant would not be possible without leaders who embody this truth. Lana’s story is one of passion, perseverance, and purpose. Before real estate, she built her career in client care with brands like BCBG, Michael Kors, and Kenneth Cole. For me personally, Lana has been more than a sponsor. She has been a friend, mentor, and constant encourager. I’ll never forget sharing the idea of HERplace with her almost a year ago at one of her business networking events. I was so excited to tell her, and she immediately said she would support me in any way she could. At the time, I had no idea just how big that support would become.
Through the ups and downs of building HERplace, Lana has been there — guiding me, cheering me on, and reminding me to keep going. Her belief in me and in this vision has meant the world.
